Recently, a key client from India who specializes in processing industrial heat sink aluminum profiles paid a special visit to the production base of Chuda CNC Machinery. He toured the workshop production lines, finished product testing zones and equipment R&D center, with focused inspection on our star model CD-500 precision automatic aluminum cutting saw. Upon arrival, the client first visited our standardized production workshop covering over 8,000 square meters. The spacious and tidy plant layout allowed him to directly perceive our advantages in mass production. Dozens of machining centers and high-precision gantry milling machines operate simultaneously. We independently complete all procedures from frame welding and precision machining to complete machine assembly without outsourcing any processing work. It can process large cross-section heat sink profiles with a maximum width of 300mm and height of 150mm. Its automatic feeding stroke ranges from 10mm to 850mm, with spindle accuracy reaching 0.005mm and cutting tolerance stably controlled within ±0.1mm, perfectly satisfying the high-precision blanking requirements for heat sink profiles. The whole machine frame undergoes multiple stress-relief annealing treatments. Featuring a separated cutting structure and micro atomization lubrication system, it extends saw blade service life by 30%. The low-burr and low-consumption cutting performance won the client’s immediate recognition on site.

During the tour, the client paid close attention to our factory’s quality control system. Every machine undergoes a continuous 72-hour full-load running test before delivery. All parameters are strictly calibrated to match the operating environment of overseas factories, including applicable working air pressure of 0.4~0.8Mpa, universal 380V/50Hz working voltage, overall machine dimensions of 2300×1650×1700mm and stable body weight of 1500kg.
