Warmly Welcome Indian Customers to Visit Chu Da Machinery Factory

Recently, a customer team from India visited the production base of Chu Da Machinery. They toured the workshop on-site and focused on inspecting the CD-80NC NC Ultra Hard Metal Circular Saw Machine. Both sides had in-depth discussions about precision cutting technology for metal bars, machine performance, customized solutions and delivery time.

During the visit, the customer observed the structure and cutting test demonstration of CD-80NC. This NC ultra hard metal circular saw machine adopts TCT tungsten carbide circular saw blade. The main clamp uses upward pressure side clamp, which holds workpieces firmly and stably. Its feeding mechanism is swing type, equipped with servo motors and precision ball screw for precise feeding.

The machine is fitted with saw blade anti-collision protection and overload protection devices. It applies oil mist cooling, which is clean and pollution-free. The three-point clamping design of saw blade reduces vibration, extends saw blade life and guarantees high cutting accuracy. The touch screen control system is intuitive and easy to operate. It can automatically separate material heads, tails and finished products, and discharge iron filings automatically, greatly improving the automation level of metal bar cutting.

Our technical team introduced all technical parameters in detail. CD-80NC can cut round bars from Φ10~80mm and square bars from 10~58mm. Saw blade rotation speed ranges from 20~160rpm. It adopts servo ball screw feeding, cutting length at the tip is 10~80mm. The tail residual length is 50~(50+cutting length) mm, supporting continuous cyclic feeding. The gearbox is designed with European standards for stable operation. With hydraulic drive system and total weight of 3500kg, the machine has strong rigidity, ideal for mass precision cutting of solid steel, alloy bars and other hard metals.

The Indian customer highly appreciated the cutting accuracy, automation performance and stable quality of CD-80NC. Combined with their own metal processing workshop conditions, they asked about equipment maintenance, spare parts supply, on-site commissioning and other details.
