The CD series separated precision feeding saws delivered this time are flagship models customized for cutting large-section industrial aluminum profiles, curtain wall profiles and rail transit profiles. Adopting a rear direct-connected spindle structure, the motor is directly linked to the saw blade to greatly reduce mechanical vibration and saw blade oscillation. It delivers burr-free smooth cutting surfaces and eliminates secondary trimming procedures, ideal for high-precision fixed-length cutting of large aluminum alloy profiles. The standout structural feature is the left-right separation design for the saw blade and workpiece after cutting. This prevents the saw blade from scratching the cut end face during return travel, lowers profile friction loss, extends the service life of carbide saw blades, and effectively cuts customers’ consumable and maintenance costs.
The machine bed is fabricated via integral thick steel plate welding and undergoes multiple stress relief annealing heat treatments to fully eliminate welding internal stress of the frame. The frame resists deformation under long-term heavy-load continuous operation, delivering robust rigidity and durability to meet round-the-clock mass production requirements of European factories. Equipped with an industrial touchscreen and customized CNC cutting software, the machine supports programmable fixed-length cutting and recyclable feeding, enabling seamless integration into fully automatic aluminum profile production lines for intelligent continuous sawing production. For cooling and lubrication, the machine is fitted with a micro-lubrication centralized atomization cooling system to rapidly cool the saw blade. Compared with traditional spray cooling cutting machines, the service life of saw blades is extended by 30%, with lower lubricant consumption and zero pollution, fully complying with EU environmental protection standards.
The two models feature differentiated technical parameters to satisfy diversified processing demands:CD-600 effective cutting length: 10–1100mm, maximum cutting dimension: W460mm × H210mm;Upgraded CD-700 extends the cutting stroke to 1500mm with a maximum processing dimension of 500mm×250mm and a wide adjustable spindle speed range of 1500–3500r/min. It flexibly handles small-batch customized profiles and oversized industrial aluminum components. The repeat cutting accuracy of the whole machine is stabilized at ±0.1mm, and spindle runout accuracy reaches 0.005mm, guaranteeing high finished product yield via superior precision.
