Guideways and Lead Screws: High-precision, preloaded linear guideways and ball screws form the core for ensuring motion accuracy. Low-end equipment employs circular guideways or standard lead screws, which wear rapidly and exhibit short precision lifespans.

Spindle (Blade Shaft): Radial runout of the spindle must be extremely minimal (typically ≤0.03mm). High-quality spindle bearings and precise dynamic balancing are crucial for ensuring cut quality (free of burrs and skewed cuts).

2.Correct installation and commissioning

Professional installation: Strict levelling must be performed by the manufacturer or qualified personnel. An uneven foundation will cause stress deformation in the equipment, rendering permanent calibration impossible.
Initial precision calibration: Following installation, rigorous calibration must be conducted on the perpendicularity between the saw blade and worktable, radial runout of the spindle, and repeatability of the feed system, with all results documented.

Cleanliness is paramount:

Daily: Thoroughly remove aluminium shavings from guide rails and lead screws. These shavings possess high hardness and act as an abrasive agent, significantly accelerating wear. Clean using a brush and compressed air.
Weekly: Clear dust from the equipment interior and electrical cabinets to prevent circuit malfunctions.

Inspection and Adjustment of Key Components:
Saw Blades: Using dull blades increases cutting force, leading to heightened vibration, compromised precision, and potential equipment damage. Implement blade life management by regularly inspecting cutting edge condition and replacing blades promptly.
Belts: Check drive belts for slackness, ensuring timely tensioning or replacement.
Clamping Devices: Verify sufficient and uniform clamping force to prevent material movement during cutting.
