The machine boasts wide processing capacity: the maximum cutting length reaches 4200mm with recyclable feeding function, and it can process profiles with a cross-section of 150mm in width and 200mm in height. Its CNC swing angle ranges from 45° to 90°, with a stable cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm, fully meeting the precision processing standards for high-end door and curtain wall profiles. Adopting bus PLC and touch screen intelligent control system, operators simply input processing dimensions on the screen, and the servo system automatically completes feeding and angle rotation to batch cut 45° bevel and 90° right-angle profiles in one go. The machine works under standard industrial air pressure of 0.4~0.8Mpa and universal 380V/50Hz working voltage, perfectly matching the power and air supply conditions of local Vietnamese factories. 2. Custom Advantages of Matched 2.3m Extended Conveyor Frame

To address the customer’s pain point of processing extra-long aluminum profiles, a customized 2.3m extended conveyor frame is supplied together with the CD-610 main machine for seamless connection. The full-length 2.3m bearing platform supports long profiles throughout processing, avoiding dimensional deviation caused by sagging suspended profiles and consistently maintaining the ultra-high cutting accuracy of ±0.1mm. Linked with the main machine’s servo feeding system, it drastically reduces manual lifting and repositioning work, cuts labor costs and accelerates continuous production of the whole line. The conveyor frame is welded with thickened anti-rust profiles, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for the high-temperature and humid workshop environment in Vietnam without deformation or rust after long-term use.
