The CD-3200 aluminum plate saw delivered this time is fully optimized to meet the demands of large-size aluminum plate processing. It supports a customizable cutting length ranging from 10mm to 4100mm, with the standard model offering a maximum cutting width of 3200mm and cutting height of 160mm. The cutting width and height can be further expanded upon customer request, perfectly covering processing scenarios for large-scale industrial aluminum plates, architectural curtain wall aluminum panels, rail transit aluminum components and other large-format workpieces. In terms of processing efficiency, the machine is equipped with a servo drive system, achieving a feed speed of 1 meter per minute when cutting 100mm-thick aluminum plates. Combined with the integrated process of automatic feeding, automatic sawing and spindle lifting, it enables continuous processing without manual intervention, significantly shortening production cycles.

Precision and stability are the core advantages of the CD-3200 aluminum plate saw.
