With the continuous capacity expansion of new energy energy storage, photovoltaic brackets, automotive lightweighting and conductive busbar industries, the demand for mass processing of solid aluminum bars and industrial aluminum profiles has surged. Traditional semi-automatic aluminum cutting machines relying on manual loading and unloading are plagued by insufficient output, heavy leftover waste and inconsistent dimensional accuracy, which have long troubled processing factories. Specializing in the R&D of high-precision aluminum sawing equipment, Chu Da Machinery launched the CD-620L Fully Automatic Aluminum Bar Cutting Line, delivering an all-in-one intelligent blanking solution for metal profile manufacturers with full-process automation, ultra-high material utilization and micron-level cutting precision.
The traditional aluminum bar processing mode requires dedicated workers to complete the whole workflow of loading, feeding, sizing and unloading. Excessive manual intervention drives up labor costs, while positioning errors lead to inconsistent finished lengths. Conventional machines usually leave over 20mm leftover material, resulting in substantial raw material waste during mass production. The CD-620L cutting line fundamentally solves these industry pain points by integrating automatic loading & unloading, recyclable feeding and fixed-length cutting. No manual attendance is needed after raw materials are fed, drastically cutting labor expenses and enabling non-stop 24-hour production to maximize workshop blanking capacity.
In terms of processing precision, this cutting line is equipped with an advanced CNC system. Its spindle accuracy reaches 0.005mm, and overall cutting precision is stably controlled within ±0.1mm, far exceeding the standard of ordinary industry models. The CNC system accurately controls the movement track of the saw blade, delivering highly uniform finished aluminum bars in the same batch. It perfectly meets the strict precision assembly requirements of new energy conductive copper-aluminum busbars, rail transit aluminum accessories and energy storage frames, eliminating rework losses caused by dimensional deviation. Compatible with saw blades from φ405 to φ650, the spindle speed is adjustable from 1500 to 3500r/min to handle solid aluminum bars and industrial profiles of varying hardness and cross-section sizes.
To tackle the core cost challenges of the industry, the CD-620L adopts a dual-separated cutting structure with recyclable feeding design to minimize leftover length and greatly improve material utilization. The return blade protection design prevents scratches on profile surfaces and reduces abnormal wear of saw blades. Its low-temperature cold cutting produces flat, burr-free cutting surfaces that eliminate secondary polishing procedures, cutting comprehensive production costs from three dimensions: consumables, raw materials and labor. The machine supports a maximum cutting width of 460mm and height of 210mm, with cutting lengths ranging from 10mm to 1110mm. The high-power 15~21KW motor ensures stable heavy-load cutting of thick solid aluminum bars without vibration.
The whole machine frame undergoes multiple stress relief heat treatments, with a total weight of 3800kg. Equipped with fully enclosed safety guards, it operates with low vibration and resists deformation during long-term operation. The pneumatic system works under standard air pressure of 0.4~0.8MPa to match workshop air sources at home and abroad, and the 380V industrial voltage fits production requirements in most domestic and overseas markets. Complete English operating systems and CE export certifications are provided. In recent years, this model has been shipped in bulk to new energy profile processing factories across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe, with growing foreign trade orders.
The aluminum processing industry is accelerating its shift toward automation, intelligence and low material loss, and extensive semi-automatic equipment will be gradually phased out by integrated fully automatic cutting production lines. Focused on continuous iteration of industrial aluminum profile sawing technology, Chu Da Machinery’s CD-620L fully automatic aluminum bar cutting line balances production capacity, precision and material utilization. It is the preferred intelligent equipment for new energy, auto parts and busbar manufacturers to expand production and upgrade workshops, empowering metal processing enterprises to strengthen core market competitiveness.
